Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to join our team and lead the development of our Quality Assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, and experience building and leading a successful QA team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement QA processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Build and lead a high-performing QA team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases
• Ensure that all software releases meet quality standards and requirements
• Identify and report defects, track them through resolution, and verify their closure
• Mentor and train QA team members to continuously improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Possesses a continuous improvement and quality mindset along with a desire to continuously seek and incorporate best practices to deliver value to the end users
Nice to Have:
• Working Knowledge of SQL, Oracle
• Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience in retail software industry
