Jesta’s Buyer’s Toolbox is an interactive tool that allows buyers to manage the lifecycle of their products by reviewing inventory at various milestones via a 360° visual item carousel. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for buyers to navigate through products to analyze them and quickly take action to optimize sales when necessary.

Important product, inventory and sales metrics such as the last five weeks of sales, products on hand and on order, and last-received dates are displayed in the Buyer’s Toolbox. Buyers can perform quick actions like building work lists, implementing rapid Action POs when inventory is low, making price changes to liquidate inventory and recalling products back to the warehouse that are at the end of their lifecycle.

The ultimate goal of Jesta’s Buyer’s Toolbox is to review and revise products, and analyze the impact of actions to optimize profit and margins.

Review pre-season planning and in-season forecasts for all of your products, and make adjustments when necessary.

Drilldown to the Details

Sales and PO details can be broken down by style/color level and/or site level for detailed analysis.

Tools for the Job

Key information on styles and colors are displayed on a dashboard, including final retail cost, sales, sales information by store or warehouse, and size breakdowns.

Use Smart Query to analyze data according to user-defined business rules. Only the styles that fulfill the user’s chosen criteria will be displayed. Identify items that need price changes or that are low in stock and take action immediately.

Compare a product’s current sales to previous years’ sales. Comparison can be done by week, month or season. Buyers can then create POs, implement price changes or recall items if necessary.
