Scandinavian Designs is based in Northern California. The inspiration for the company came from the founder’s trip back to his native Norway in the early 1960s. After attending a furniture show in Stavanger, the founder began a one-man furniture operation, fulfilling every position the business required. Today, Scandinavian Designs has an e-commerce site and stores in nearly a dozen states. The company offers a variety of product and service customizations including custom orders, special orders, back-order sales, flexible delivery, repairs and white-glove service.
