Montreal, QC, Canada (October 2, 2018) – Jesta I.S. Inc., a global leader in POS and integrated ERP solutions for omnichannel retailing, announced today that global market intelligence firm IDC has recognized it as a major player in the worldwide POS software market for small and midsize enterprises.

The IDC MarketScape vendor analysis model is designed to provide an overview of the competitive fitness of ICT (information and communications technology) suppliers in a given market. The research utilizes a rigorous scoring methodology based on both qualitative and quantitative criteria.

“As a midsize company, Jesta I.S. is proud that our Vision Suite solution has connected with businesses that resemble us in size.” said Moris Chemtov, President of Jesta I.S. “Our size puts us in a position to work closely with customers and ensure that their individual needs are met.”

Jesta I.S.’s Vision Store POS software streamlines sales transactions. Among its many features are: an online and offline mode, an interface that can be personalized by store, and an “Endless Aisle” that provides real-time visibility into the inventory at different stores and at the warehouse.

Vision Store is part of Jesta I.S’s foundational Vision Suite, which offers an array of integrated software solutions that can manage a wholesale and retail business’s end-to-end operations from design to omnichannel retailing.

POS solutions are a crucial investment for retailers and IDC forecasts that worldwide spending on the software will grow across all retail sectors — food, home and garden, convenience and drug, apparel and accessories stores — at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.9 percent through 2021.

“Jesta I.S. is committed to working with businesses of all sizes that are looking to scale up, whether they’re small to midmarket with $100 million to $2 billion in annual revenues, or larger enterprises,” said Arvind Gupta, COO of Jesta I.S.

“We’re particularly excited about Mobile POS terminals right now, which are challenging traditional payment techniques in the retail world as they have been doing in the hospitality sector for some time,” Arvind Gupta continued. “Our Vision Store Mobile has advanced mobile capabilities and we are always looking to add innovative functionalities across the entire suite.”
