It’s been quite the year here at Jesta I.S.! For those of you who may have missed some of the exciting events, we want to review a few highlights that have transpired over the past 12 months!
As we all know, the retail industry has experienced a seismic shift over the last two years. Looking back to when COVID-19 first disrupted the retail industry to today, it’s safe to say that most companies went from survival mode to 24 months of digital transformation.
The entire industry was propelled into an increasingly omnichannel environment driven by the digital consumer. For our existing clients as well as new ones that came onboard in 2021, Jesta has addressed their needs with our leading Vision Suite cloud software and industry-recognized customer support. Our mission has always been to ensure our clients remain future focused, competitive and relevant for years to come!
We’ve Certainly Been Busy!
We’re constantly innovating and this year has been no different. Our team is focused on product development based on industry trends and the evolving needs of our clients. Some of our most recent end-to-end software innovations and improvements include new features and tools:
- Mobile Apps, including a new Customer Wallet app
- Fulfillment, including improved process shipment logic
- Order Management, including vendor portal and returns process improvements
- Omnichannel order capture and fulfillment improvements
- Merchandising forms update and new look and feel
- Warehouse Management System, including updated web-order processing
- Business Intelligence (BI) improved analytics and reporting
Our cloud-based infrastructure provides the foundation for digital transformation, and we have successfully implemented numerous retailers to the Vision Suite with ease and agility.
