Listen to Episode 2: How To Accelerate Your Brand’s Digital Transformation Through Retail Disruption >>
This podcast episode addresses the “hurry-up” technology initiatives that many global brands implemented to navigate the explosion of online retail during the COVID-19 pandemic. The podcast goes on to explore the strategic steps that brands now need to take to successfully adapt and accelerate their digital transformation for post-COVID retail.
“There will be a rampant need for realignment of how we deal with customers and how those customers come to us to purchase products and services,” said Brian Sullivan, Owner of Kalex. “Of course, in doing that, all those ‘hurry-up’ initiatives that happened over the last 18 months now need to be incorporated and folded into a vision for what the world of retail merchandising will look like and that will be a challenge for most organizations.”
Brian Sullivan listed the three A’s of roll-out planning for any business considering change:
• Is it achievable in terms of timeline and expense?
• Is there alignment between the IT group, the business itself and future goals?
• Is there agreement on the future vision of the enterprise among executives and the deployment department?
Tune in to the podcast for the full discussion and for details on how to adapt and accelerate your brand’s digital transformation in the midst of retail disruption.
